WordPress Plugin – WP Performance Score Booster

WP Performance Score Booster is a WordPress plugin, helps you to speed-up page load times and improve website performance scores in services like PageSpeed, YSlow, Pingdom, and GTmetrix. It will remove any query strings from static resources like CSS & JS files, enable GZIP compression (compress text, HTML, javascript, CSS, XML, and so on), add Vary: Accept-Encoding headers, and set expires caching (leverage browser caching) to boost website performance scores.

Installation:

  • 1. Upload the ‘wp-performance-score-booster’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/‘ directory
  • 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  • 3. That’s it!

  1. Hi Dipak, I think there’s a compatibility issue with Themeforest’s Avada 5.0.2 (which requires Fusion Core and their new Fusion Builder plugins). Scrolling and various menu functions were restored when I deactivated WP performance Score Booster 1.7. Thanks.

  2. Hello,
Thanks for your supporting the community and appreciated your solution.
I installed your plugged in. When I run my test from pingdom or other sites it still says gzip not activated. How can I be sure it is activated and working properly? My website is naciyebutikbozcaada.com

    Can you please help me?

    Thanks.

  3. Hello,

Thank you very much for your plugins.

I have a question, I found both WP Performance Score and WP Super Minify have the Minify option. So if I use WP Performance Score Booster, do I need to install WP Super Minify? And if I choose one of them to reduce the page size when loading, which one should I use?

    Thanks!

  4. Hi,

Thank you for your plugin. I was using it for quite awhile with no issues but I recently discovered that it’s causing a conflict with Divi (made by Elegant Themes – elegantthemes.com) and its Visual Builder, where it prevents the Visual Builder from opening any of its modules.

I had to disable all the plugins on my site and then re-enable them one by one to determine which one was causing the conflict and it turns out that it’s WP Performance Score Booster, unfortunately.

I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ve had to disable it for now, unless/until it can be updated so as to not cause the conflict anymore. I hope it can be updated soon, so I can turn it back on and use it again.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Ron
